Delivery
Delivery areas : Pi Cards delivers only to Switzerland, Europe and the EEA.
Deadlines : Except pre-orders which will be sent as soon as possible
Switzerland: 1 to 4 working days (price according to "weight" "value" and "carrier")
Europe: 2 to 5 working days (price according to "weight" "value" and "carrier") Shipped every Monday from France
Liability : Delays due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. end of year periods) are not the responsibility of Pi Cards as well as any delays due to distributors (Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.). An insurance option is available to cover lost deliveries.
Return and Refund Policy

Right to cancel or modify an order
Customers can cancel or modify their order before it is shipped at no extra cost. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted. In this case, you will have to follow the return procedure if applicable.
Delayed, Lost or Misdirected Orders
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer in the event of delay, loss or misdelivery, unless these problems are a direct result of an error on our part.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return, unless expressly indicated otherwise by us.
Refund
If a return is accepted (e.g. for a major defect), a refund will be made as per an arrangement agreed between the customer and Pi Cards.
