Preamble These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all contractual relations between Pi Cards (David Alexandre Bonafiglia and Jonathan Aubert), located at Chemin Piamont 4, 1635 La Tour-de-Trême, Fribourg, Switzerland, and its customers making purchases on the website www.picards.ch. By validating an order, you accept these GTC without reservation.
- Products and Services Pi Cards offers TCG (Trading Card Games) cards from official licenses such as Pokémon, One Piece, as well as derivative products (posters, key rings, accessories, etc.). Each product is described precisely on the site. Collectible products are sold "as is" with a description mentioning any defects.
- Orders

Validation : An order is confirmed once payment is made. A confirmation email will be sent.
- Cancellation : Customers can cancel or modify their order before it is shipped without any additional fees. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted. In this case, you will have to follow the return procedure if applicable.
- Availability : Products are sold subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, Pi Cards will inform the customer and offer a refund or an alternative product.
- Price and payment
- Prices : Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.

- Shipping costs : Calculated based on weight, destination country and delivery method (Swiss Post, Collissimo or DHL).
- Delivery
- Delivery areas : Pi Cards delivers only to Switzerland, Europe and the EEA.
- Time limit :

Liability : Delays due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. end of year periods) are not the responsibility of Pi Cards as well as any delays due to distributors (Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx…etc). An insurance option is available to cover lost deliveries.

Return and Refund Policy
Collectibles
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a major defect not mentioned in the product description. If you notice a problem, please contact us at info.picards @gmail.com , +41 79 912 1765, or by post (David Bonafiglia - Pi Cards, Chemin Piamond 4, 1635 La Tour-De-Trême, Switzerland).
Delayed, Lost or Misdirected Orders
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer in the event of delay, loss or misdelivery, unless these problems are a direct result of an error on our part.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return, unless expressly indicated otherwise by us.
Refund
If a return is accepted (e.g. for a major defect) a refund will be made as per an arrangement agreed between the customer and Pi Cards.
- Warranty and liability
- Authenticity : All sealed products are guaranteed to be brand new and authentic. Retail cards may have defects noted in their description and are not necessarily brand new.

Liability for loss or damage : Optional insurance is available to guarantee reimbursement in the event of loss by the carrier.
- Intellectual property
All products and descriptions presented on the site come from official entities such as Bandai, Cardass, Pokémon, Banpresto. The images and contents of the site are protected by copyright (logo, images, slogans, etc.). Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and punishable.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
